About the Directors

Ross Devenish (born 15 November 1939) is a South African film director. His 1980 film Marigolds in August, which entered into the 30th Berlin International Film Festival, where it won the Berlin Bear Anniversary Prize.

Adrian Shergold is the director of numerous TV series, including Mad Dogs, Eternal Law, Early Doors, Micawber, Swallow, A Touch of Frost, The Knock, Inspector Morse, and more.
