Another great story from Thomas and his friends. This one is about the big engine, Gordon, and the underlying message is about having humility which after all is always Gordon's lesson! Mostly adored by little boys aged 2 to 4 but still a favourite with some girls too. Packed with photos from the actual series and text that accompanies the photo mostly summarised from the narration and dialogue from the show.

Gordon brags to Salty that it isn't "dignified" for express trains to take trucks, but when Gordon is later told to take trucks he swears to do it how an express engine should.

The effect is ruined when he rolls down a hill after a points failure and ignoring a "go slow" sign.
