The Light Between Oceans recently won the Booktopia Book of the Year at the Australian Book Industry Awards, and has had critics crowing since its release.
Ryan Gosling being attached to the project seems a sure thing, as all of Derek Cianfrance’s films have featured Gosling in a lead role. Gosling recently said of his involvement in Cianfrance’s films: ‘We’re just getting started’.
