He’s the co-host of the radio program Hamish and Andy for the Drive Home, and most well known for his drive-time radio show, The Hamish & Andy Show, again with Hamish Blake. You’ll also recognise him from the smash-hit Nine Network series Hamish & Andy’s Gap Year.

Andy has now added children’s book author to his repertoire, to the delight of many eager Australians with little readers of their own.

Andy wrote Do Not Open This Book as a surprise for his sister and her husband to celebrate the 1^st birthday of their son, George. Only 1 copy was ever meant to be printed. However, this book was too good to not share.

The text written by Andy Lee himself is accompanied by the quirky illustrations of Heath McKenzie, the much loved Melbourne-based illustrator who has published over 100 titles. Heath’s drawn himself below…
