by |December 7, 2023

Welcome to our page

Sydney Seafood School, located at the iconic Sydney Fish Market, is Australia’s leading cooking school. Our mission is to give our guests the confidence to choose, buy, store and cook with Australia’s incredible seafood. We know that well-written recipes (and beautifully published cookbooks) are an integral part of what we do.

Our program of classes includes regular guest chef masterclasses by some of Australia’s top chefs. We love their cookbooks too, so it makes sense to have our favourites on sale here.

If you want some seafood cooking inspo, head to our website to book a class or buy a gift certificate.
