About the Authors

Ben Kingsley (left in the photo) is the CEO & Founder of property advisory company Empower Wealth. He is chair of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), Australia’s industry body for property investing professionals; he is a Qualified Property Investor Advisor (QPIA), mortgage broker, investment analyst and buyer’s agent. Ben is driven to better educate Australians about property investing and help them strive for a self-funded retirement.

Bryce Holdaway a partner in Empower Wealth. He is the co-host on Foxtel’s Lifestyle channel of ‘Location Location Location Australia’ and ‘Relocation Relocation Australia’ (both shows screen globally!). He is a qualified (but reluctant accountant), qualified financial planner and buyer’s and real estate agent. Bryce shares Zig Ziglar’s philosophy: “You can have everything you want in life if you just help enough other people get what they want”.
