About the Author

Diana Moran, aka The Green Goddess, has been a fitness advocate since breakfast television was launched in the 1980s. A sufferer from osteopenia (an early pre-osteoporosis) she is the perfect figurehead and already works closely with the Royal Osteoporosis Society and Age UK.
