Industry Reviews
I really liked the author's humor, that the main character is a little older than you'd expect, the obvious love for the city of Glasgow, and Frej. How I could adore a character who didn't talk for half the book so much, I don't know. But I did.

??????????This book was hella fun! I loved the atmosphere and the characters so much. The MC was such a blast to follow in this dark and exciting read. I loved the strength, the snark and general light of Kirsty. And Frej!!! I just adored him!

I loved the characters and the Glasgow setting. The setting really emphasised the darkness that was going on in the story. Whilst it was a dark tale the main character lightened it up and it was a pleasure to go on the journey with h??er.????

Absolutely loved this book! Mystery and sci-fi set in the city I grew up in. Perfect! Take your time to get used to the language, or better still, visit Glasgow and read.the book whilst there! Can't wait for the second book to come out.

The ending had me literally gasping and speaking out loud in class. I really can't wait for the next book to come out. I NEED it.
Bonus points for a feminist lead character and for bringing attention to slut-shaming and victim-blaming.
