It's a beautiful day to go boating, and Bella can't wait to join Uncle and Auntie on best friend Tule Tug. But when Uncle announces he doesn't need to wear a life vest, Bella insists she's fine without one too. Tule Tug listens to Bella's concern, validates her frustration, and, with her three "Tule Tips," educates Bella on the importance of boating safety. Finally, Tule offers Bella a choice-stay safe or stay dockside.
