Chef Karen Martini’s acclaimed career includes two-hatted stints at Melbourne Wine Room and Sydney’s Icebergs Dining Room, as well as her own ventures – the latest of which is the ambitious Hero, in Melbourne's iconic ACMI building, where she is a founding partner and creative food director.
For more than a decade, Karen has been resident chef on Australia's longest-running lifestyle television series, Better Homes and Gardens. She is a regular columnist for Good Weekend, she is in-demand at events and festivals, and she is the author of eight cookbooks.
