About the Author

Randa Habelrih is an author, speaker, marketing manager, international tour director and autism advocate and advisor.

She is the author of the book “Dealing with Autism”

Randa’s 18 years of experience in raising a child with autism sparked her passion to help others understand the unique needs that parents, teachers and health care professionals have when dealing with autism. She has trained in various methodologies designed to assist children living with autism, including Doman Therapy, the Son-Rise Program and ABA. She also educates people on the psychology of the Autism Double DDIP Principle and the four stages parents of children with autism go through after receiving the diagnosis.

Following the successful launch of her book, Randa has pioneered “The School M.A.T.E.S Social Inclusion Project” and is currently introducing it into Australian schools.

In addition to this Randa now promotes the principles of Social Inclusion and its impact on company culture and employee productivity.

Randa is a sought after speaker and adviser, she sits on the governance committee for “The Eileen O’Conner School for Students with Special Needs”, the Sydney CEO’s first purpose built school for students with special needs.

Qualified in many areas, Randa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, has lectured at University on Marketing Management and also Consumer Behaviour and is a speaker at various industry conferences. Over the years she has worked with big brand companies such as Estee Lauder, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Myer, David Jones, The University of NSW, Kenvale College and Harvest Pilgrimages. She has worked and travelled extensively to more than twenty-six countries including the United States of America, England, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Greece, India, Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Mexico.

Randa is passionate about working with youth and has facilitated and accompanied thousands of Australia’s students and young people to World Youth Days in Rio, Sydney and Madrid, and has also facilitated voluntary mission work in Lima, Peru and Fiji.

Randa’s courses have been put together to help parents, teachers and peers to overcome and enjoy the experience of dealing with Austism.
