Dr Kristy Goodwin is a digital wellbeing and productivity expert who is on a mission to help people thrive in the digital world without proposing that they abstain from social media or Netflix binges. She wants to help people understand how screens can work with, rather than against, our neurobiology.

Dr Kristy works with senior business leaders and HR executives to promote digital wellbeing and performance in their organisations. Described by her clients as a 'pracademic', she prides herself on providing practical, academically referenced solutions to digital dilemmas. Her clients include Apple, Qantas, Macquarie Bank, Westpac, Deutsche Bank, the Reserve Bank of Australia and Foxtel.
