Hot sex. Naturally. Hot sex is understood universally. No translation needed. Hard. Wet. Eager. Carnal. It's the biological design of the human body, but that won't come naturally unless we care for it.

The million-dollar question is: how do we nurture great sex? How do we ensure that our bodies experience optimal sexual function at any time? The answer lies in the very foods we eat. Great sex is certainly an experience of the mind. Within our bodies, though, it explodes when our nerves, blood vessels and hormones operate in synchrony. Modern research has shown that diet affects this trifecta of great sex. It can increase or thwart pleasure.

Hormones. Nerve pathways. Blood flow.

We must care for the biological design of our bodies and diet affects sex. A great deal of clinical research demonstrates that certain eating habits increase blood flow to the genitals, balance sex hormones and help nerves to be most responsive to our partner's touch.

Ancient Chinese medicine has always known this. Through diet and lifestyle, we can restore balance to yin and yang-and nurture the essences of sex. We will explore diet as it relates to sexual function and pleasure for males and females. When our bodies are well-nourished, desire comes naturally, pleasure comes naturally, and orgasm is effortless.

With DIET FOR GREAT SEX, you'll unlock the secret to eating for sexual pleasure. Who should read Diet for Great Sex? Anyone who would like to have the best sex possible, through the most natural means possible. This includes people who already have great sex and want to keep it that way, as well as those who want it to be better.

In a great sex action plan, everything comes together with delicious recipes, meal plans, sample menus and a dietary planner. Also included is a date-night sex menu for a night of passion and better blood flow. In addition, detailed tips for pleasing your partner through oral sex are provided.

This book uses scientific evidence to uncover the best dietary habits for great sex, merging modern science with traditional Chinese medicine, a centuries-long guide to better sexual function. With yin and yang in harmony, we can bring out all that is possible from our own sensual physiology.

Full Review:

Christine DeLozier's DIET FOR GREAT SEX opens with two fictitious characters eager to go to bed together, while simultaneously feeling uncertain about their own bodies and sexual prowess. The book covers much ground, offering information about the science of achieving great sex: healthy hormones, nerve transmission, and blood flow while exploring ancient wisdom from medicinal plant use and aphrodisiacs to pleasurable reciprocity with sexual partners. Equally impressive, this unique volume deals with matters that concern both women and men, as well as a rainbow of sexual orientations, since having great sex is a subject of interest to pretty much everyone. As a practicing acupuncturist, DeLozier has come to the aid of patients dissatisfied with-not only their sex lives-but also an inability to fully enjoy life overall.

Somehow humanity's modern-day hustle-which includes exposure to too many toxins, along with not enough genuine connection and self-actualized peace-has become a vast barrier keeping people from regularly getting to savor gratifying sexual experiences. But the wall is not impenetrable, and it need not be permanent. Qi/chi can be restored. Nerve pathways can clear. Adequate blood flow and hormone production can be re-stimulated. Vitality and a sense of exuberant joie de vivre can return. Since a healthy diet is imperative towards attaining things like reduced cortisol and normalized testosterone levels, the author goes the extra mile of not only outlining what types foods (i.e. organic) one should be eating, she also provides easy and delectable recipes along with fun, behind-the-scenes facts/stories about recommended food items. Readers are likely to find themselves scurrying off to the nearest farmer's market and health food store in search of oyster mushrooms or cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower and collard greens (known to benefit the endocrine system and prevent all kinds of diseases that tend to affect not only happiness in the bedroom, but also obesity, Type 2 diabetes, cancer, etc. What if one knows they are not particularly skilled at the actual mechanics of sex? Tips for learning how to get better at this activity are also provided.
