Draw Your Own Encyclopaedia Scotland's Native Wildlife provides an interesting, but educational, introduction to a variety of aspects of the lives of Scotland's native wildlife, along with quick facts, questions you can answer and, at the end, a pop quiz to test the knowledge which has been gained by reading this book. So far, this may seem like any other factual book, but unlike almost every other such book, children are allowed to draw in this one. In fact, they are actively encouraged to do so! Through this, they become the illustrator of their very own encyclopaedia chapter all about Scotland's native wildlife.
