She always finds the humor in every situation and makes the most of all of her treatments by surrounding herself with friends and family. But I decided to take a chance on it, and I'm glad I did. I found myself rooting for Linda (even though clearly she survived to tell the tale!), yes getting pangs of heartache when a particular comment or experience threw me back in time to my own situation, and thoroughly entranced when her experience was new for me. She writes in an easygoing, easy-to-read, humorous style, and is incredibly open about what she went through, sharing the bad as well as the good and the parts that honestly were not good but she made them as positive as possible.Loved it. I plan to share with friends.
