The Armor Wars have come to an end and Tony Stark is finally back on top. Obadiah Stane's memory has been wiped out and he has been removed as CEO of Stark International. Justin Hammer has avoided conviction, and remains quiet for the time. Tony wants to enjoy the peace while he can ... until Gene shows up. At first they clash as Iron Man and Mandarin, but Gene doesn't want to fight, he offers to return Tony's father if he helps him acquire the final three rings! But if Mandarin succeeds in acquiring all 10 rings he will be like a god, and only the mysterious creators of the rings will stand in his way, but are they friends, or the ultimate threat to the Earth itself!
