Is Security a Problem ?

To implement security mechanisms, and evaluate various security policies, we need a way to organize the security issues, requirements and define methodologies. One such organization is OSI security architecture, which was recommended by ITU -T Recommendation X.800. it is useful and provides way to meet the security requirements by defining tasks.
