This book chronicles the story of how the hand of God has guided me through my professional and family life for more than half a century, such that the past 40 years of being the Director of the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) Secretariat have turned out far better than I could have imagined. The incidents I had encountered and have been able to overcome, as shared in this book, were by God's grace, which has transformed me over the years and manifested in my management of the ABS Secretariat.
Many have expressed interest in the ABS story — what drives its morals, values and success under its first and only Director. This book seeks to provide the answer, alongside my expression of gratitude to God for working me from the inside out in managing the Secretariat and ABS' stakeholders.
