This new textbook focuses on Japan's foreign relations in Asia over the last 20 years, a period in which there have been dramatic developments including the reinterpretation of the Constitution, expanded US-Japan defense cooperation and passage of legislation in 2015 that eases constitutional constraints on its' military forces.
