Kate Veitch's first novel, Listen, was a bestseller in Australia and Germany, and was published in the US as Without a Backward Glance. She currently divides her time between the north coast of New South Wales and San Francisco, for romantic reasons, and is looking forward to having a dog again once her life is more settled.
