Kimy Rose loves her family including her grandpa very much. But she has noticed that her grandpa has been forgetting a lot of things lately. When he is diagnosed with an illness called dementia, he has to go to a special place to be looked after. With the help of the magical creatures that live there, they also go on a special quest to create The Land of the Sunflowers. This is because sunflowers are the symbol for Hidden Disabilities of which dementia is one.
