Learning Sign Language is a great resource of tips and tricks for those taking classes or who are interested in learning American Sign Language (ASL). Instead of an instructional book on using sign language, this is a manual that helps the student know how to learn signs.
If the interest of the student is to learn a signed language other than ASL this book is still a tremendous resource. Many countries use sign language systems based on ASL. American Sign Language itself has its base in French Sign Language (LSF) which has also influenced the signed language systems of many countries.
