These and many other questions are addressed in the stories from Sharon's life. Her father's death in her childhood, her interactions with her four older siblings, her humorous adventures in a Christian boarding school and while traveling the country singing with her trio, and her knack for getting into trouble are all interwoven with stories from the Bible. Humor is her default, but life isn't always something that can be laughed at, is it? Her hope is to encourage you by helping you to understand how very precious you are to God and by being completely candid about her own foibles and lapses in judgment which He has lovingly brought her through. Her goal is to help you make connections to Scripture that can help you to make wise decisions for your life.

Sharon Hansen has worked with students for most of her life as peer counselor, youth worker, camp director, teacher, and mother. Her passion in life is to enable young adults to see themselves as God sees them and to help them to avoid some of the mistakes that they are constantly being encouraged to make in life by the entertainment industry, the media, friends, and even family at times. She is on the board of directors for Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center, a Christian retreat center in Mt. Bethel, PA, and has spent over two decades working with and directing their teen events. She and her husband were two of five adults God called to start a church 30 years ago in northwestern Connecticut -- Praise Christian Fellowship. All of this has enriched her ability to share God's faithfulness and grace with you.
