Love Sugar & Cookie

"As a huge lover of dogs, I found this story both adorable and enjoyable. I liked how the author didn't just introduce us to her two beautiful dogs but she humanized them by telling us about their personalities. Children will instantly be hooked on Cookie and Sugar and how even though they are different from one another, they are still the best of friends. There's also a lesson to be taught with this book. Being unique and different is okay. You don't have to act like someone else to be considered a friend. Just be yourself and those true friends will come to you. I also really enjoyed how the author used real photos of Cookie and Sugar. They are so darn adorable and made me think of my Pomeranian who crossed the rainbow bridge a few months ago. Overall, I found Love, Sugar & Cookie by Susan Marie Chapman a great read and I would love to see more books about these two beautiful sisters."
