Our skin is the largest organ of our body in terms of area and mass, to which we either pay excessive attention or do not pay it at all. It is always before our eyes, with its wrinkles, scars, and pimples, but, as a rule, we know very little about the work and role of our skin.

Today we are haunted by a huge amount of advertising for skin cosmetics, massages of all types and purposes, intrusive services of cosmetologists and aesthetic surgeons ... But it is not always possible to adequately assess the need for all these actions.

In his book, we again with a share of irony, but nevertheless with an accurate evidence base, will tell about our skin—its functions and features, the work of the dermis and the role of the epidermis, the positive effect (or not?) of massage, creams, tanning, tattoos, and other "joys" of our modern cosmetic industry.
Good skin is not a myth, but a reality! Achievable and enjoyable.
