About the Author

Tracy Verdugo is a vibrant artist, writer and workshop teacher who finds one of her greatest joys in watching others discover and fall in love with their own innate creative spirits. She believes in magic and our ability to create our own realities.

Her workshops teach students that "Art Is ..." a meditation, a way to view the world through fresh eyes, a chance to know ourselves in a deeper way and an opportunity for new discoveries. Tracy has exhibited many times in Australia and internationally. Her works are held in collections around the world. Tracy lives in a seaside town outside of Sydney, Australia.
