Panic disorder is a real struggle, i know the (i cant breath moments), and the sudden fear of everything, even going out in the sunlight and even checking the mail. I was confined to my bedroom during my worst fear and panic episodes. My mom and my only support system died suddenly last august. I went through sudden and extreme episodes, that no doctor or no friend could help me with. This book is the true ways i learned on my own to control, what i believe is a hidden struggle that alot of people in the world face. It got to the point of giving up on life and then i found god, and the rememberance of my mom and god taking complete control of my fear, turned my life around. I trully believe these steps in my book will help you deal with the fear of panic disorder and relieve your thoughts of the panic we live with. I am not a doctor and in no way determine these will for sure help you. These thoughts helped me and i want to just share that there is hope for you, that may believe like i did for a while there isnt hope. Read this short book and i promise if you take to heart these techniques you may just control panic disoreder like i did.
