About the Author

Caroline Weaver is a lifelong pencil obsessive who owns a shop in New York City called CW Pencil Enterprise, dedicated solely to wood-cased pencils, new and old, from all over the world. She and the shop have been featured in major publications ranging from Travel and Leisure to the New York Times. Weaver lives in the East Village in Manhattan and has a tattoo of a pencil on her forearm.
