Reid Mortensen is Professor of Law and Head of School and Dean at the School of Law and Justice, University of Southern Queensland and a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Richard Garnett is Professor of Law at Melbourne Law School, The University of Melbourne and a consultant and counsel in international litigation and arbitration at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
