Being fit is a matter of life or death for prison inmates. Either you"re fit enough to fend-off an attack or you end up in the morgue. It"s that simple. "Your life as a Average Joe" depends on being fit as well. While you don"t have to worry about being jumped and shivved, you do have to be concerned about your overall health. Inmate routines are well-conceived and balanced. The exercises and routines are great for all types of people. Muscle-bound men will really improve their range of motion with exercises like butterflies and cherry pickers. Aerobically conditioned women will increase strength with push-ups, squats, lunges and prison dumbbell exercises.
