Sandra Gurvis (Westerville, OH) (www.sgurvis.com) is the author of eleven books and hundreds of magazine articles. She has been published in such magazines as People, YM, Entertainment Weekly, and Woman?s World. For more than twenty-five years, she has managed groups of telecommuters, from transcriptionists to interns and assistants.
