About the Author

Derek Fridolfs is the #1 New York Times best-selling writer of the DC Secret Hero Society series from Scholastic, and the Eisner nominated cowriter of Batman Li'l Gotham. He has worked in comics as a writer, artist, and inker on such beloved properties as Adventures Of Superman, Detective Comics, Justice League Beyond, Teen Titans Go, Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He resides in California's central valley. As the series' lead character designer, Sean Galloway provided the defining look that served as a jumping-off point for the stories of the new half-hour Sony Pictures Television animated series The Spectacular Spider-Man. Galloway is a self-taught artist. He began his career in the comics industry having worked as a penciller for Marvel Comics' Venom, cover artist for Marvel Adventures, DC Comics' Teen Titans Go, and his more recent covers are the Teen Titans variant covers.
