Maurice Terzini is one of Australia's restaurant visionaries, always moving between Sydney, Melbourne and Byron Bay, overseeing his legendary venues and ensuring his guests couldn’t be happier. Maurice sees Icebergs Dining Room and Bar as his greatest professional achievement and is excited about the next decade.
