Brock the Croc

Brock the Croc lives in a thriving swamp. As the only crocodile, he loves attention and parties all day. Brock rides his motorbike, holds extravagant swamp discos, and plays electric guitar. But when humans set up a worksite next to the swamp, Brock and his friends learn their home is set to be filled-in with concrete! The animals all turn to Brock to save them, but has he been exaggerating his achievements? Will he be able to live up to his reputation and stop the humans from destroying the swamp forever?

About the Illustrator

Dean Rankine is a Ledger- and Stanley Award-winning comic book artist and writer from Melbourne, Australia. Best known for his work on Simpsons Comics, his other credits include Futurama, Rick and Morty, Hellboy, Skottie Young's I Hate Fairyland series, Underdog, Rocky and Bullwinkle, and Oggy and the Cockroaches. He's also the co-creator of the UpBeat Geek mental health card set, and is currently illustrating Timmy the Ticked-Off Pony series, written by Magda Szubanski. And (would you believe) he's among a group of artists who currently hold the Guinness World Record for the "Most Contributors to a Published Comic Book." When not drawing, Dean likes to eat pizza, play Dungeons and Dragons, and watch cat videos.
