The problems are complex, but the answers are simple. Misguided policies keep the answers from implementation. However, many of the solutions are evolving on their own, but in the worst ways and will make things worse before policies are forced to change. Change is inevitable, it is the only thing promised in life. Everything will change. We must get ahead of the change and shape it to our advantage. Change or be crushed by the wheels of change.
