About the Authors

Shireen Morris is senior lecturer at Macquarie Law School and head of the Radical Centre Reform Lab there. For seven years she worked with Noel Pearson as senior adviser on Indigenous constitutional recognition. Her books include Radical Heart- Three Stories Make Us One, A Rightful Place- A Roadmap to Recognition and The Forgotten People- Liberal and Conservative Approaches to Recognising Indigenous Peoples.

Damien Freeman is principal policy advisor at the PM Glynn Institute, a public policy think-tank at the Australian Catholic University. Along with Julian Leeser, Freeman co-founded Uphold & Recognise. He is the author of several books.
