Traditional Chicken Parmigiana is around 65g of fat per serve, Annette’s recipe is 8.6g of fat. Rich Chocolate Squares, usually 30g of fat per serve, now just 3.3g of fat.

First launched in December 2018, this cookbook is already a best-seller. The longevity of the Symply Too Good To Be True series can be attributed to the variety of recipes included that are usually off limits to those on a weight loss journey.
