This is a wonderful book to supplement preschool and kindergarten activities. The author was able to incorporate several emotions, holiday symbols, as well as positional and directional concepts in the text. This would support the academic and character education aspects of a school curriculum. The holiday pictures and specific color scheme on each page guides your imagination and knowledge of the upcoming holiday that Les visits while on his whirlwind search.
