On the morning of January 26, 1966 the three children set off from their Somerton Park home to Glenelg Beach on a bus to enjoy a brief excursion at Adelaide's most popular beach only a few kilometres away. Apart from a brief sighting from the Beaumont family's postman early on that afternoon, there have been no other sightings of the children since.

About the Author

Michael Madigan has been previously involved with the publishing of two compelling books on social injustice in South Australia. A Reason to Live by Janet Crease and Red Tape Rape by Ki Meekins documented the paedophile influences that stained the Adelaide streets throughout the 1960s and 70s.

He grew up in the industrial city of friendly people, Port Pirie before moving to Adelaide in 1996. He has a love of cricket, the Port Adelaide Football Club, Aboriginal culture and all things Italian.
