About the Author
Ken Blanchard's impact as a writer in the field of management has been especially far-reaching. The bestselling business book of all time, One Minute Manager (1982), co-authored with Spencer Johnson, has sold over nine million copies and has been translated into more than twenty-five languages.

Ken is also a visiting lecturer at his alma mater, Cornell University, where he is a Trustee Emeritus.
