On 6 December 1886, Arthur Foster leaves the Queen's Theatre, Manchester with a pocket full of gold and a lady bedecked with diamonds on his arm. About the Author

She is a regular guest blogger, and has also appeared on BBC radio and TV, including BBC One's The One Show. She has taken part in many events, such as the Henley Literary Festival and at the Museum of London.
