As a result a deal would be formulated to cause his wife malevolent attacks of illegal medical treatments knowing she wasn't ill at all, subsequently he went to great lengths to keep his misrepresented figure afloat. This being highly likely another source of how the drugs were provided, consequently the chemicals changed in his mind was why Jonny became so evil, he had become the antithesis of himself.
