Thrill of the Paddle completes the trilogy of books that started with the phenomenally successful Path of the Paddle and Song of the Paddle by Bill Mason, one of Canada's most respected canoeists, artists and conservationists.

The book encourages finesse and grace, excitement and fun, and the thrill in the art of whitewater canoeing.

Illustrated with over 450 photographs, the book covers both classic tripping canoes and the shorter revolutionary playboats for both the solo and tandem paddler. The book is informally written and full of amusing anecdotes from the experiences of two masters in the art of whitewater.
