Tummyful of Butterflies: Coloring and Activity Book

Written to be used independently, but also complement the lessons and tools in the Tummyful of Butterflies book, this coloring and activity book has been designed for:

• children's independent time
• between child and caretaker
• student-teacher setting

In these books, children learn how to resolve overwhelming feelings and negative thinking, while building emotional well being and problem solving skills. Our intention is to provide tools to empower children, showing them that they have the choice and the ability to face their own challenges head-on and offer simple ways to help them do so.
