Industry Reviews
I recommend this book for anyone who wants to do more meal prepping, want a reasonable food budget, and have more than one mouth to feed. Oh, and if you're just trying to up your veggie intake!-- "Awesomesauce Eats" (3/23/2019 12:00:00 AM)
The recipes are unique and I got excited about a lot of them before and after making them. I will continue to use them in my families meals.-- "Grace Hodgin, Blessed Elements" (3/23/2019 12:00:00 AM)
This cookbook is for real eaters. Vegan, but this is not delicate diet food. You won't been eating a plate of leaves and twigs. The recipes are hearty; stews, soups, pastas, handfuls of sandwiches. You will not be going hungry on this meal prep plan.-- "Rebecca Coleman, Cooking By Laptop" (6/25/2019 12:00:00 AM)
