Yes I Can! is the story of Abdi Aden from the award winning SBS documentary Go Back To Where You Came From (Series 2) based in Mogadishu, Somalia before the Civil War. The story begins with his younger years up until the war and has a rich description of Somali Culture, Religion and History.

Throughout the story Abdi recollects on life before the war and becoming a refugee. Abdi discusses in a humorous, uplifting spirit the positive and negative elements of his journey and how they have shaped him today.
