This package is a comprehensive self-study tool for learning the material covered in the three new CCNP exams. The books are intermediate-level texts that assume that readers have been exposed to beginner-level networking concepts contained in the CCNA (ICND1 and ICND2) certification curriculum. No previous exposure to the CCNP level subject matter is required, so the books provide a great deal of detail on the topics covered.

Within the Authorized Self-Study Guide series, each chapter opens with a list of objectives to help focus the reader's study. Real-world case studies sprinkled throughout help illuminate theoretical concepts. Key terms will be highlighted and defined as they are first used.
