I wrote this book for anyone suffering with muscle or skeletal pain, or wanting to start or carry on in a professional or amateur sport pain free. As a therapist for 20 years a large majority of the issues stem from muscle imbalance between our stronger dominant side and the weaker less used side, especially if we are trying to play a two sided sport. I outline the problems associated with the two sides (bilateral) approach and try give analogies and examples of how to identify and combat them so you can carry on pain free and in tip top shape and not suffer injuries every few weeks or have to cut your sport or pastime short due to this imbalance, which is easily fixed.
I've written it in a non anatomical manner so anyone can read and follow it with full examples and illustrations given and I've kept it short so you can get the benefits immediately and not have to read for weeks on end.
